These privacy terms sets out how dravofinance ("we") collects, processes and safeguards personal information when you use and the Services. Our role is the data controller for these data.
Data we collect. Identity and contact data and similar identity data plus verification files required by regulation. We also keep: execution and account history, device data and support messages. EU/UK lawful bases: performing the contract, legal duty, plus legitimate interest.
How we use data. Running your account, settling positions, satisfying regulators, fraud prevention, platform security, plus optional product messages carrying easy opt-out.
Who sees data. Data reaches only running vendors (custody, payments, KYC), authorities on valid demand, and anonymised analytics. We never sell personal data.
Retention & security. Retention lasts through account activity plus legal windows (often five to seven years for transactions). Protection: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-audited access governance.
